PRESS RELEASE  FOR AWARDS –  LIVERPOOL BUSINESSWOMEN ANNOUNCED AS FINALISTS IN THE EVA’S 2013

Two Liverpool-based business women have been announced as finalists in the 2013 Enterprise Vision Awards (EVA’s), the only business awards in the North West exclusive to women.

The awards which are now in their third year, received a record-breaking number of entries meaning the competition to make the shortlist was fierce and the finalists are the crème de la crème in their sector.

The businesswomen from Liverpool who beat off stiff competition to get this far are:

• Julie White of Nature to Nurture Ltd (Inspirational Woman of the Year and New Business categories)
• Kathy Higgins of Insight 2 Drive Ltd (Training & Coaching category)
Julie and Kathy will now go before the panel of judges made up of some of the region’s leading business professionals to represent their businesses in a rigorous process that will see the microscope firmly placed on their company in a bid to scoop the title of winner.

Heather Waters of headline sponsor, NatWest Bank said: “We are delighted to sponsor the EVA Awards 2013 and pleased to see so many female entrepreneurs shortlisted again this year. The EVA Awards play an important part in supporting and recognising female entrepreneurial growth in the North West region, something at NatWest we are committed to supporting ourselves.

We received a large number of entries across all of the award categories from both businesses and community groups. All of which have been involved in outstanding projects, and worthy of a place in the final shortlist at this years awards.

With such a high standard of entries the judges had an extremely difficult job of choosing a final shortlist of only three nominees per award category.

I am delighted to inform you that Nature to Nurture Ltd have been short-listed in the category of Echo New Environmental Enterprise Award Congratulations!

EVA Awards, Finalist Signature

In June of this year we found out that we had again got through to the final stages for New Business of the Year at the Enterprise Vision Awards. We didn’t win but we enjoyed a glitzy celebration at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool.  Here’s the newest addition to team N2N, Adam.

My greatest accomplishment to date.

July 2017

I am delighted to inform you that following the judging of the Nursery World Awards 2017, your entry Nature to Nurture  into the category Organisations – Pre-School of the Year has been voted as a finalist at the Nursery World Awards 2017.

This is a tremendous achievement against incredibly tough competition this year, congratulations.

We are delighted to again be finalists at the NW awards again for Pre School of the Year. This has been an extremely challenging year and to receive this nomination has made it all worth while. The girls and I look forward to the ceremony in September.

This has been by far the toughest year in business and in my personal life with being involved in the Manchester terrorist attack. So this was a very emotional night for myself and my staff. We are over the moon that our little pre school in the heart of Liverpool has had such recognition.
